1. Data controller

The data controller is Fabrizio Salvati, sole proprietorship, VAT No. 15102231006, with registered address at Via Augusto Falessi 7/C, 00041 Albano Laziale (RM), Italy, operating under the AccessiaMed Consulting brand. Privacy enquiries may be sent to info@accessiamed.com.

No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed because, based on the current processing activities, the appointment is not considered mandatory.

2. Personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with the website, we may collect your name, company, business email address, telephone number, the resource requested and the information you choose to include in a message. Technical data necessary for website security and delivery, such as IP address and basic request logs, may also be processed by our hosting and security providers.

Please do not submit patient-level information, health data or other special-category personal data through the website forms.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data for the following purposes:

Fields marked as required are necessary to process the relevant enquiry or resource request. The marketing/follow-up consent is optional and is not required to obtain a resource or submit an enquiry. Where consent is used as the legal basis, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

5. Recipients and service providers

Personal data may be processed by providers that support the operation of the website and forms, including Cloudflare for website hosting, security and delivery, FormSubmit for form transmission, our email service provider and other IT providers acting as necessary service providers. Data is not sold.

Where a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, transfers are handled in accordance with applicable data-protection rules and, where required, appropriate safeguards such as adequacy mechanisms or standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

Data submitted through contact and resource-request forms is normally retained for up to 24 months from the request or last meaningful business interaction, unless a longer period is required by law or is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Where processing is based on marketing consent, the relevant contact and consent record is retained for up to 24 months from consent or the last meaningful interaction, unless you withdraw consent earlier.

AccessiaMed does not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or behavioural profiling tools on this website. Only technical or security mechanisms that are necessary for the operation and protection of the website may be used. If non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are introduced in the future, this notice and the website consent mechanism will be updated accordingly. The website contains links to external services such as LinkedIn. When you follow an external link, the third party processes data under its own privacy terms.
